From my room, I had an excellent view of the river. The hotel's breakfast was fantastic and had a broad range of delicious food and drinks. The staff were kind, polite, and always willing to help. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the impressive lobby and brand new facilities at the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both Asian and Western options. The attention to detail by the Guest Relations staff, like providing instructions for taxis and a hand-written welcome note, exceeded our expectations. Our Deluxe room had a fabulous view of the river and came with luxurious amenities. this hotel proved to be excellent value for money.

The hotel offered complementary chocolates and water bottles in the room which were a nice touch. the view from the room was amazing and there were lots of nearby restaurants and shopping areas. the gym was well-equipped which made working out enjoyable.

The breakfast was not up to par and the service at the restaurant was subpar. the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the staff could have been more welcoming overall.

Had an amazing weekend at this hotel! Loved the comfortable beds and huge breakfast selection. The river views from the room were breathtaking. , the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The location was a bit far from the city center, making it difficult to get to certain places. some staff members had limited English skills, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

Our luxurious room was equipped with exclusive amenities, including a stunning river view. the restaurant served a wide range of delicious food and the bar area was a great place to relax and unwind.

The only minor issue was the location, which was out of the way from the main tourist attractions and required a taxi ride. this was easily mitigated by the hotel's private facilities and top-notch service.
